To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpj777 and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
bpj777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Technical difficulties, server downtime, payment processing delays, and third-party service interruptions may occur, and the Company is not liable for losses resulting from such circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
bpj777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any conduct that the Company deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, the Player forfeits all bonus funds, pending bonuses, and loyalty points, though the Company will process withdrawal of the remaining legitimate balance following deduction of any applicable fees or disputed amounts.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to customer support. Voluntary Account closure processes all pending withdrawals and requires a 24-hour waiting period before final closure to allow reconsideration.
